Services

Green Architect provides building plan design and architectural services. Our services include architectural design, building plans, and specifications for construction. We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your needs, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of our services.

Payment

It is not necessary to make the full payment before starting the work. But you have to pay a 40% fee before starting the work. Payment can be made using the designated payment methods, such as Bank transfer, Nagad, or Bkash. All payment terms will be agreed upon between you and Green Architect before the start of any work.

Intellectual Property Rights

Green Architect retains all intellectual property rights in any and all designs, drawings, and other materials that we create as part of our services. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of these materials without our express written permission.

Liability

Green Architect shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of our services or your reliance on any information contained in our designs, drawings, or other materials. You agree to indemnify and hold Green Architect harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Green Architect reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept those changes.

Governing Law

The terms and conditions of Green Architect are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of Green Architect’s services shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. The parties agree to waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction in those courts.
